I wanted to share my wonderful positive experience with this location. I ordered some cosmetics online and the company unfortunately made a zipcode error. So, I called this location direct and they were so nice and helpful in correcting the error and ensuring my package would arrive. I called yesterday and I was so excited when I saw the package at my door when I came home from work today! I just wanted to say thank you! I feel not a lot of positive reviews are written these days so I wanted to share my positive experience with this location. I appreciate all of your help in rescuing my package.

I’m baffled at how bad the service at this branch is. I don’t usually write reviews, especially about the USPS, but this is ridiculous!!! My mother-in-law is a postal employee and I hear about the day-to-day struggles quite often. I have been waiting on a package for 2 weeks now. It is coming from Athens (Georgia, not Greece!! - It’s an hour drive on Game Day!!). I called this branch today and they tell me it was delivered a week ago.

Who did they deliver my package to this time?!?! We’ve gotten our mail sent to the wrong address so much, that my wife and I know the people that have been receiving our mail on a first name basis.

I called :45 before the branch closed today and was told someone would call me back by close of business. I haven’t heard from anyone and they’ve been closed for almost an hour.

This is madness!!!!

I called 35 minutes before closing.   I am still on hold 25 minutes after the closing time.  No one ever came back to the phone.  They are lazy and don't like to work.  Worse service ever dealing with the post office.   Especially when they lost my package.   If you don't like your job just quit.  There is always a person that would Love to take your place.  Horrible service.

Worst service by our mail delivery lady ever. She’s very lazy and won’t even come out of the vehicle to deliver certified mail. I had to follow her to grab my mail while she’s on her phone having a private conversation on speaker. She very rude and condescending.

The person who delivered my mail on Monday (11/20/17)  lied about delivering my package. I was home in my garage when they came by so I know for a fact no one walked by an stole it. I called an no one wants to take responsibility for this incident smdh
