As a business owner I take packages to the post office daily and fortunately am able to purchase my shipping labels online. However when I have to file a claim in person, this is the post office I go to. Today, after dealing with a similar situation in the past, I had to request my guaranteed money back for a late Priority express delivery. Teresa, the supervisor I had the misfortune of speaking with, refused to process my claim spouting off numerous reasons why that were entirely false. My receipt said one day money back guarantee by 3pm when I purchase it two days previously. Since it was delivered an entire day late, not just missing the 3pm mark, it was obvious that I should be refunded. Fortunately, USPS recently changed their site to allow for online Priority express claims. I was able to enter my tracking number and IMMEDIATELY was approved for a refund because tracking showed it took two days instead of the guaranteed one. If a website can do your job better than you can, I see no reason why money should be wasted paying your salary. This incident was reported and Teresa has received a formal complaint for inability to follow policy as stated in the Domestic Mail Manual.

They are consistent at one thing and that's loosing mail. The worst post office ever. I try my best not to even get close to this horrible place. They have lost numerous pieces of mail of mine and they have no clue where it goes. They have one job to do and fail daily at that.

So we have a little yellow card in our p.o. box for pickup of some material at the counter. They hand me a package of maybe 25 letters held together with a rubber band. When I check the letters they are various incoming checks to our company, in the range of $20,000 and invoices that are requesting payment from other companies. The problem with this is that the letters were all about 5 months old and must have been hanging around the post office since January (now June) and all the checks have been cancelled and many of the invoices have been received again with dunning notices and late charges. Thanks Post Office, keep up the good work.

I just wanted them to help to track a undelivered package by using tracking number, but they did NOT give me any information after being asked to wait for around 30 mins. The reason I was told is that no computer available for this! Bad service and attitude.

This post office is just a joke. They lost a really important document of mine and I asked them to write a letter for me to acknowledge they lost my package. Since the package they lost is a document which does not have any value, there is no point to tell them that I did not receive it if my package was actually successfully derived. A white lady at the post office refused to do anything for me given the fact that I talked to her really politely, she even did not want to help me check the address on my package. That is not all, you know what, when I call the post office, the people who answered my call is exactly that white lady, she lay to me that there is not searching result for the case number that I provided. I am not saying all the people working at this post office is bad, but unfortunately that white lady who is the post office manager is the worst people I have ever dealt in my life. It's not fair to not to use USPS just because of one bad people, but I have to say that I will never choose USPS again.
