Got a tracking notification stating my package was delivered to my front door. Nothing there. Called this post office asking for help. They said they don't service Auburn Hills residents and that I'd need to call Pontiac but no one will answer the phone there, she said. So...guess I'm out a package.

The woman I dealt with, Jill I believe, was very kind and patient. They push a lot of people through so I understand the rush in their voices. Very nice staff!

I've been going to this post office for years. I never go unless it's absolutely necessary, and I dread it every time because the staff is so rude. Don't expect them to be helpful, that would be way outside of their job description. I count it a success if they aren't overtly condescending. I had one employee (older man) yell at me as I was leaving that I couldn't take the bubble wrap. I turned, puzzled, opened my hands to show they were empty. He said, "Oh, I thought you had something." No apology for basically accusing me of trying to steal PACKING SUPPLIES.

Smaller post office with an extremely friendly staff. They can get very busy with all of the business traffic that uses that branch.

Friendly staff, they are always nice when I come in, which is a lot. It makes me enjoy going to the Post Office!
