Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Lady doing passport needs to go and work where she does not deal with the public. She makes her on rule when she will start to do passports. Post office empty 2 employees in there including her, and she stated the line starts forming at noon, because someone did not come to work. After nobody inside post office I went in and asked if they will start, he snapped at me and said can't you read the sign? I went nuts. I'm sorry but these two need to get fired, I never wish this on people, but these 2 need to go, I will never ever ever go here again..

Where can I start? The lady at counter has really bad attitude; I dont think she likes what she does; every week I see her fighting with someone; I gave her benefits of doubts thinking she is tired or has bad day; but it cant be too often; she needs to get fire or at least give warning if she doesnt like the job; she has skin color as mine so its not even racist issue; I think in general she doesnt like the job; I know many people gave bad reviews about this location; I hope some higher authority takes some action or watch her for few days to see if we are wrong or not. I would never do this but someone must take action. As its not fair with USA Citizens or anyone else to be treated like this way.

It's unbelievable that there are so many well-educated, nice people out there looking for a job, and the postal office at this mall have a couple of sickening, racist people working as what supposed to be customer service..I will call it "harassment service". Talking more specifically about the oriental guy and the obese white woman who tries in vain to cover her baldness with false braids. Taxpayers are paying for such good retirements and we received rudeness, actitud, insults, and more..I have to put 1 star to be able to post, other way my rating will be 0...examples are to be followed and the other employees are not the same but very close to the same. My real rating is 0

Very nice, helped me out with passport forms. They also take passport photos which is a major issue at other post offices because you have to take the photos elsewhere and they might not come out right.
