They don’t have any envelopes outside for you.... you need to wait in line to get one then fill it out then wait in like again. Rather annoying.

I'm so disgusted with this post office I had a package that was set to be delivered on a Saturday. I went to track it on the website and it said delivered. I went to check my mailbox NO PACKAGE. I went by the post office and the guy took down my tracking number went to go look in the back for my package came back with nothing. He told me that it's PROBABLY TOO BIG to fit in my mailbox so they have their at the office but can't find so I asked so where is it then he told me it's probably miss placed somewhere ( VERY UNORGANIZED ).  It's Tuesday and I still don't have my package.

A lady by the name of Donna with glasses stole my envelope just because I was taking my time and she had to go on lunch and said I'm holding her time up I need to eat lunch and bluntly denied ever seeing my envelope; the envelope was never meant to ship out.. She is a liar, needs to be fired, I went through all of this hardship .. I filed a huge criminal investigation.. She let her attitude, her disrespect negligence and misconduct do this to a customer.. Very low poor customer service

They lie about attempting to deliver my packages every single time. Someone's always home and they never rung the bell. We open a case with the department of consumer affairs twice and those two times are the only times we got our packages. the post master is a complete disgrace. He laughed at me on the phone when I said they never came to deliver my package. He said I could come pick it up and when I asked when he laughed and said on Monday (it's saturday). I said my mail man should come and deliver my package like he's supposed to, he again laughed, and repeated that I could pick up my package. I shouldn't have to pick up my package. I should be able to have it delivered, as I am home and able to receive the package.

worst post office ive ever had to deal with. they scan packages in the morning then never bring them out and say no one was home. I've contacted consumer affairs a hand full of times so far and nothing has changed. i have also called the post office multiple times and been laughed at on the phone by the supervisor who thinks he's god. I am attempting to start a full case against them and hopefully, have these incompetent workers fired
