I routinely get other neighbor's mail. Neighbors routinely get my mail... and those are the ones who hand deliver it as a courtesy, so who knows what I have been sent but never received. Outgoing mail gets "lost", including a birthday card for my Mother and a bill that was supposed to be paid... PO's investigation yields a "Sorry." What's sorry is considering your pay, retirement, and job security... you can't deliver, pun intended. I don't use USPS for deliveries anymore, and any outgoing mail gets dropped off in another USPS-served area.

Carriers tend to be inconsistent in delivery of packages. Most of the time they either don't scan in their items to ensure they were delivered or deliver it to the correct place. Often times delivery notes are not left to let customer know where their package even is. Staff is always friendly when I visit there in person. recently I had a package issue and after numerous calls and messages, no return calls and no resolution. Don't even bother calling the usps main #. You will be waiting for hours.. and most likely find little resolution

I have been waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive on Monday, it is now Wednesday evening, I've been tracking my package since it first left on Friday and all I have been getting is a run around. I made a claim and finally someone called me today and said my package was on its way to be delivered today. My husband was home all day and shortly after I received that call I got home and stood waiting in the living room. At 604pm I get a notification that a notice was left at my door that very moment and no one responded. No notice was ever left on my door and no one even came to deliver the package. I am beyond pissed. Horrible horrible service.

Our new apartment had been using the incorrect mailbox key and slot for the past 12 years and the HOA was no help. Two units were getting mail in the same box. No idea why that happened and why it wasn't fixed sooner but it doesn't matter now. I interacted with 3 different people from the Steele Creek location to get it fixed; the mail carrier, the sub mail carrier, and a lady at the desk. It was most definitely an inconvenience but every person I encountered was very polite and helpful. After we figured out the problem, they re-keyed the lock on our box and now I can get my mail.

Should have read the reviews before making the trip out here. Will definitely use Fedex or UPS in the future. No customer service is right!!!
