This is where my mail goes before it's delivered to me. My carrier won't always deliver packages if they have to get out of their vehicle. Then they will lie and say they left a note and/or that the street was blocked. I've paid for two-day delivery but can't expect consistent service because of a lazy carrier who has no integrity. There either aren't enough carriers for this route, or the carriers they have are incompetent. I should add that there is a particular "sub" carrier that we in neighborhood dread seeing. We never know who will get our mail, or if we'll have to go pick it up.

Always have issues receiving my packages on delivery day. I go to the store early to pick it up, and they tell me that they either dropped the package off at the front office or they the carrier is delivering it. I go back to my apartment later to find out they lied. They are extremely disorganized, and I've actually received packages a week past delivery day. Completely unacceptable.

Thanks great service from clerk 25 sorry I did not get her name. I needed to ship an empty carton postage prepaid that the ups store could not help me with. She went totally out of her way to resolve my problem thank you

The people at this location are lazy, inefficient and liars. Spent extra $15 for an item because I was going to get it on a Saturday. It's Wednesday and I still don't have my package. Out of 160 times of calling this location I got lucky 3 times and spoke to Martina. She promised my package was personally addressed and on its way. I never got it and a day later I've called Martina over 30 times and she doesn't answer. They either stole my package, lost it or are just ignoring a customer. Martina and this USPS should be carefully examined and have corrections made ASAP. I will NEVER again have something sent from USPS. I'd rather spend the extra with UPS or Fedex than deal with these lazy, unprofessional lying thieves.

terrible! this post office delivers to my apartment and the mail person can never put the right mail/package in the right box. it happens weekly!! you have one job. currently they have two of my packages that were to be delivered almost a week ago with nowhere to be found....ugh
