Been going here for years, and love the people....Then ran into an issue where the post office no longer prints out individual slips per package, and the long receipt they give now has no cooresponding name, just a city and zipcode, which does NOT help me, as my clients often live in the city, state. Braxton, told me rudely that I cant take a pic of my label (policy of postoffice), I told him due to my buisness that I needed additional info, so as to give each client info and their tracking number,. He told me I could go outside, write down all the info. I refused to do that, its 40 degrees out, and he told me to go to another post office, and then literally walked away and disapeared, leaving me to wait five mins alone with no one else at the counter, after I asked another woman in the area to help out. The supervisor was just as rude, and telling me to calm down and not be snotty, where all I was doing was trying to explain what I needed and how I was falling in between the cracks on their new policies. I told her I was upset at how I was being treated but was not yelling or calling names. 1 star. Would give less if I could. Edit: Solution to this issue IF they would just listen: I asked the supervisor if she could make a suggestion to those in power to include the names of where you are sending each package to, on the receipt, so I could tell each client apart later on when I needed to send that tracking number to them. She wouldnt listen and instead told me " just no. ". Those two need to be let go, they have 0 customer service abilities.

I tried to get a redelvery. ...I called twice! The 2nd phone call was 26 mins on hold! I hung up....and this was in the morning! I can't get hold of a human there? I feel like a crappy robot world!

Wow! I wonder what part of Salt Lake you live in? The mail here is totally atrocious! I can't even begin to believe it. I can't even sent out a letter, because these half wit part timers will never pick it up. Obviously, the Federal Government is pretty lax on the morons they hire. What are the qualifications here? The ability to read an address? I guess I'm old school, I learned that in K- garden or the 1st grade!! Good grief people, get with the program!!!!

You can't get ahold of a person over the phone. And if you do they act like it's inconvenient that you have even bothered to call in. They are more than happy to transfer you to someone else, but the wait time for me was 34-52 minutes. Whoa...
