Came here today to get a refund since my mail did not arrive on time. At least that’s as far as I knew from the USPS tracking page. The woman who was upfront did not know the process so she went back and I could hear her talking to another employee. They were talking about if I needed a signature then it wouldn’t be a refund and so much. I found it rude how they were expressing themselves and they could have just asked ME if I did want my mail to be signed for. I did not. The woman then got Louis because the other man working there said she would know if to refund or not. Louis was rude. She came to the counter and said “This is not a refund” and that was all she said in a cold tone. There was no explanation as to why. I did not drive there to just be told that. So I asked why and she answered like she was annoyed and I understood then why it wasn’t a refund but her customer service is so poor. If she’s in charge, I can now see why this post office has such poor customer service. Some employees talk to you like they’re annoyed to be there. Every time I have gone to this post office I have someone different and they have all been unpleasant. The only reason I come to this post office is because it’s close to my home. So I rather drive farther because I don’t plan on coming back. Each experience has been horrible and it’s not even busy for them to be the stressed or anything. Even then you ALWAYS provide good customer service. I’m tired of employers making excuses for them. There are NO excuses.

I put a letter out 3 days ago to be returned. The letter is still sitting on my mailbox nor have I received any mail. I actually waited all day for them yesterday because I had a question but again no carrier to be seen. Maybe today they will have pity on my block and decide we are worthy of receiving our mail.

I am beginning to think that my mail carrier is off on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as my out going mail is never picked up on these days. Would have been faster for me to personally deliver a couple bills out of state. Thank god I pay my bills very far in advance, cause had I relied on my mail carrier to do their job, they would definitely be late.

Totally rude and a disgrace. They have been witholding our mail for over a week. I have been in there 4 times now in the past week and every day, there is a different excuse as to why my mail is not delivered. "Blocked mailbox, wrong address, plants in the way" That's bull. I've been living in the same house for 15 years with no issues. Some of us have very important mail going in and out and do not have time for such childish games.

So they supposedly left a notice for me to pick up several packages so I go there over my lunch a few days later and nobody knows where my packages are. If only usps was a private sector company they would go out of business. They are usually good but when you lose like 4 packages from a few days and waste my lunch time since you have to close at 5pm. Very upset with them I think I will just upgrade all shipping to FedEx.
