Very Friendly Employees! I'm not sure why other people are giving such negative reviews. We had a box here for three years. Whenever I had issues, had to pick up large items, etc., every one of the employees at this location was extremely courteous and handled my business quickly and efficiently. Dealing with the public, especially in this type atmosphere, must be grueling work. I can't imagine. Yet everyone was always extremely kind and professional to me. Thanks guys, for all of your hard work!

I had lost package with $1K designer handbag this Monday (June 19th), and I called USPS headquarter as El Dorado Hills Post Office has NEVER picked up the phone, the lady said that someone signed the delivery, I told her that I was working at home entire day to make sure to receive this package, but nobody knocked the door, who signed the package for me??? I do NOT think my neighbor signed the delivery for me as my neighbors are wealth and educated, they know it's considered "crime" to sign the package for others. I suspected the El Dorado Hills post office delivery man/woman..., it happened once in 2015, I called the police officer to investigate this incident, didn't catch the suspect... Hopefully, police officer may catch the theft this time!

If you were wondering if there was a service worse than the DMV, well here you go. The USPS does an awesome job overall but this place is definitely the exception. I actually found a package they were supposed to deliver to me on the street while walking my dogs (they had reported it delivered). They never answer calls, their office is normally understaffed and when I have actually got to talk to someone in person it's fairly obvious they hate their jobs and really don't care what you need.

We are constantly receiving other people's packages delivered to our box, and have no way of dealing with them. I was told to call the PO, but they never answer the phone and there is no way to leave a message. This isn't just stuff being put in the wrong mailbox, these are for people who live several streets away. Sloppy is all I can say.

Very disappointing for a federal facility. They never answer the phone and you cannot leave a message as the mailbox is always full. I echo some of the comments from others pertaining to this specific facility. EDH is a great place and we should have the best USPS office in the area.
