Mails damaged or partially opened. Few of my mails were partially opened and feel this is incorrect way of handling things. I am really disappointed with the quality of service by the mail delivery people. They are not supposed to do this unethical practice of opening mails and will next time report to the main HO of USPS as this is invading privacy

My package was delivered OPENED and the gift I sent (a handmade bracelet) was TORN IN HALF. Someone will lose their job for this.

We barley get our mail. As a business it is so important that we receive our mail daily. There will be 1-3 days where we would not receive a single thing...not even junk mail! When I called, they just told us their best person works our route and it is not true I am not receiving any mail. UGH! So frustrating. After reading all the other reviews...there should be something we can do to improve or change what they are clearly NOT doing!

This particular location made me stop using USPS from now on. They have lost my package and nobody knows where it is. Never ever hold any package at this location. Check other reviews where they had similar experience. These guys don't take any responsibility. I have spent hours with customer service and multiple round trips to this location. If I had seen the reviews before, I would have let the very important package sit in front of my house unattended for days instead of losing it at the USPS location. Never had any such issue with UPS/Fedex or any other small/big mailing services. Good Bye USPS.

Awful!  This post office makes so many mistakes and it's basically your fault when they lose your mail. I can't tell you how many times a key has been left in my box, and the package it was for wasn't mine. I always returned them but I have not had the same luck. Usually it's on small purchases that are uninsured so I just lose the money. I guess I will have to start insuring everything now. Most recent purchase they lost was sent to me by a company and I didn't even know they were mailing it  so didn't get a chance to select a different shipment option. They say it was delivered, I never got it.  Since I didn't even know the company had mailed it, I didn't know it was missing until I got the bill, which was over the 60 days deadline to file a claim.  #pi$$ed
...after reading the other reviews it is clear the HORRIBLE service here has been going on for at least 3 years. -CAN WE PLEASE GET A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM AND EMPLOYEE ROSTER HERE?-  Since so many packages are 'lost' and given to wrong addresses who never send them on to the rightful owner, I'm beginning to wonder if the employees are stealing the items?  Have to agree at the rudeness of most of the employees too. Simply awful. Pay the extra from a different source and get your stuff, or insure everything and file claims immediately.  Worst post office ever!
