This is not an actual normal post office but a contracted us post office.  If you need to mail something via USPS go here, it will save you time over regular post office.  Highly recommend.

As you write a review, please remember that this facility is Not A Post Office. Mail America is solely a Contracted Facility that Sales postage for the United States Post Office at their same rates. Mail America does not deliver mail or packages nor do they scan, that is all done by an actually postal employee that picks up from this location each business day.

They "lost" my personal tax info to my accountant in Hurst mailed 4-1-15. Its still not there on 7-3-15. There is no tracking number on the receipt. Now I have to do hours of work to redo it all. I am really afraid of identity theft from this. I should never have trusted Mail America with any mail. I will use Fed Ex or UPS from now on and never use USPS again. Funny how well they deliver all that junk mail so faithfully but sensitive personal mail "disappears."

The tracking numbers they provide you with NEVER work until after delivery or at the earliest the day of delivery. They blame it on USPS, but I've never had an issue when I've shipped directly with USPS and I've never had a tracking number work when I've shipped here. If you need tracking ship elsewhere.
