just watched the postman not even attempt to bring my parcel to the door. He just brought my non delivery slip to the door, no knocking on door or anything. Why do i know this because i have a camera on my door. Wait on the telephone is only 30 minutes.

I live less than a mile; I rather GO TO another post office than this one. Employees act like it's first day on the job.. Rude and lazy. I lost a post office money order; the clerk ask me SEVERAL questions where and how I lost then said he never had deal with a lost money order. He asked another clerk what do, that clerk told me go look around for, because they 60 days to file a report. Although I could file it now while I still have the receipt.. Lazy!!! This not the only time.. JUST LAZY!!! POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

While we sometimes have issues with mail showing up a little late (we are one of the longest routes in the area) I have never had any serious issues with the mail in our area and have lived here for about 28 years now; literally my whole life. Going into the post office sometimes has a wait (depending on time of year and time of day), however I have always had decent to exceptional service there. The only thing I wish is that they could bring back the stamp vending machine, we have an automated thing that gives the option of 2 types of stamps, but we used to have a vending machine that had all the current available books of stamps so you didn't have to wait in line for them.

Nice people that don't want to do their job.. Packages our for pick up several times to be left. Never picked up. Called 3 times still never came. Next day called promised by supervisor Doug that he himself would pick up.. NOPE.. never came.. Some one still is suppose to come get it.. I paid for 2-3 day shipping. It is taking them that long to come pick it up.. I am angry..

The absolute worst employees I've ever seen. Didn't want to help us at all. We were trying to apply for passports for an upcoming honeymoon. We showed up on a Saturday because we both work during the week. The gentlemen with glasses informed us that they only do passports during the week from 10-4. He NEVER mentioned anything about scheduling and appointment. My fiancé took a half day today to get this process started. The first employee told us that they don't do passports without an appointment. We then spoke to the gentlemen who had helped us on a Saturday and he said that "I would have told you to make an appointment". He never told us that. He lied right to my face. Also, we were the only customers in the store. It felt like we were inconveniencing these employees. I will never in my life go back to this store. Alex V
