One Star is generous- for the Lockland Branch Post Office in Cincinnati, Ohio. It's really frustrating that my family's mail takes an unreasonable amount of time to reach our home. Even something as simple as a birthday card (mailed in the same city) takes 3 to 4 days. My son's paycheck was received 3 days after his coworkers...and they're all local. Also- the mail man constantly takes a short cut through my grass, after being told to STOP. What happened to the professional  mail carriers? I'll take my chances with online, Fed-EX, UPS. The Post Office will be the last resort.

Do you like having your mail opened, and sometimes contents missing? Or maybe you enjoy random days when your street doesn't get a single piece of mail, which is especially nice when you own a business? Or how about watching your postal carrier drive down your street, do a u-turn, and then you call the office to ask why, only to be told that what you saw with your own eyes did not happen? Perhaps you love looooong waits just to get to a condescending desk clerk? Well, if any or all of these are attractive to you, THIS post office is your utopia!

I have been waiting for almost two weeks for a check worth a large amount. When I call I get nooo help from the employees in the post office, I have been told when we get it I will get it. I'm pretty sure they have misplaced it, they don't want to do anything to rectify the problems. I am really starting to get frusteraited with this post office.

My mail is often balled up in the mail box. They don't deliver certified mail, they'll just leave a note in your box. I work 3rd shift so I'm home every day. Mail box doors are often left open. Lockland Post office sucks!.
