Terrible customer service skills and my mail lady plays with her cell phone in front of our building everyday I see her. And she puts other people's mail in my box.
I have never received a package from her correctly.  I was waiting for a package from oversees.  I was tracking my package, the package said undeliverable on the website. I went to my mailbox, there was no undeliverable slip. I had to walk to the next building to find her.  When asking about my package.  She didn't say anything, looked at me creepy, went to her car, and just handed me my package. Not even a single apology.
Pleeeaaassseee get my mail right. I have allot of time sensitive material that gets delivered.

I had time sensitive material again.  She left a undeliverable note this time.  She never rang my doorbell from the intercom.

Postal worker, Terria Davis, was quite snotty to me. She has wrongly delivered a letter to our house multiple times. The house number is the same but it's a completely different street. I walked several blocks to find her and explained the problem. She told me I was wrong, she'd never delivered it to me before and then returned to her cell phone conversation. I was polite but got a snotty response. I get that it's a tough job but there's no reason to be rude. I've tried to talk to a supervisor at this location in the past year about my mail being delivered to an empty house and that response was equally rude. Disappointed!

Bit surprised to see too many negative reviews, it ain’t that intolerable. The staffs are helpful (might not be friendly with fitted smile), lines might be sometimes slow (as they take as much possible time to help people, clear questions).
The new kiosk machine installed in the lobby is a helpful tool. Distinctly and transparent priced package and options won’t offer an surprise, unlike a fedex/ups.

The people that work the counter at this post office need to be fired and replaced. I was there Thursday afternoon to buy stamps. There were a few people in line and one customer at a window with no clerk in sight.  After about 10 minutes the line has not moved and there are now more people waiting.  There was another clerk at a closed window doing something but did not seem concerned enough to stop what she was doing and open her window to serve customers.  I was totally disgusted in the way they can ignore all these people waiting.  Since no one was being helped I ended up leaving and will never come back to this post office.  Nothing but loafers here.  They don't even deserve one star.

I can't wait to move out of Hoffman estates just so I never have to deal with this post office or its staff ever again. I would love to know why and how I managed to buzz the post man in my building to deliver me my package and then he never actually came and brought it to me and I ended up with a "sorry we missed you slip" as is I wasn't in my apartment the whole time. There is one woman who works here who is nice I don't know her name but if I figure it how I will leave it, everyone else is a mess and quite frankly rude and could probably use a Prozac.
