Very bad experience at this location. The two ladies (Asian looking and an Indian) were very rude to everyone on the line. They acted as they are in their own house and not in a public service facility. Then I needed to contact some Manager named Mike last name Tess or something like that. OMG this stupid guy responded to me very very rude worst then the ladies at the counter. After reading all the reviews on the net I wonder why these bustards still work there. They need to get fired right now immediately.

Horrible experience! Both ladies (Indian and Asian) are very very very rude! I came to send a package they said buy tape and tape it and put ur name on a little card (they gave me a card to and from) than I waited in line they send me back again to fill out customs form, I got upset they said not to wait inline again ( she said she never told me to wait the second time, I made that decision ), when i came the third time to finally pay I looked on the screen and I wanted to pay the cheaper price she said I couldn’t because I filled out the customs and the sticker for priority mail! So either I pay $61 or I go and re-do the whole thing again!!!! Can you believe this! Than when I said it’s crazy that no one gave me this option at first they called me rude and also told me there was “no other simple language to explain me anything” basically calling me stupid!  Horrible service!

Awful service. Clumsy employees. Three times within a short time period they messed up with our mails. Once they bent a diploma with a huge font warning on it that it shouldn't be bent. Then misplaced the parcel locker key to someone else's mailbox so we almost lost our packages...... anyway, don't do business with them. There are plenty more offices near this one. I wish I could choose another office to deliver mails to our house.

It was worst experience ever I had at post office.the Bhavana is rudest employee.She will treat you  like a children.I just simply  asked about tracking number for international document and she was so rude and said No because it's document and not comming with that service and look at me like stupid.This is crazy. I will not coming back at this post office.Good luck.

I don't know about other employees and other services that people complete here and why people wright bad reviews, but I am very happy with the service that Riata gave to me today. Riata is over the counter employee of this post office. She is very nice person and very professional!   Outstanding job! Suggest to each and everyone.
