Rude staff! I don't often go to post offices but I can say that most of the government buildings I go to are similar as in this reminds me a lot like the DMV with the rude staff they did not help me at all they kind of gave me a snotty attitude when I ask them a question as if I should know how much stamps should cost if I have a choice I will always choose another post office this place is horrible

I am using the postal office for years. Never had problems there but recently people working there changed. New people are rude and provide  poor service.

The Roselle post office unfortunately does not even deserve 1 star. I have a parcel that is supposed to be arriving at home. I missed there first attempt at delivery apparently, I say apparently as I never received notification. I ended up calling the online store and they informed me of this... Any how I then scheduled for redelivery today (8/30) knowing that I would be home all day and able to receive the parcel and they never showed! However they did show on 8/28 when I obviously wasn't here, hoping it was a fluke I waited for today. It is now 6:00pm they still haven't shown up so I decided it was time to try going to the post office since the ticket they left at my door stated the post office was open until 7:00pm. Apparently they don't bother following there own hours and they were already locked up for the evening. I then attempted to call the phone number that was on the ticket for help and was greeted by a robot that couldn't understand a word of English when I finally got in a queue for a representative I was greeted with the message of my holding time being 1.5-2 hours. I can not believe this negative experience and I am terribly disappointed on Roslle's PO. 

TL;DR Post office screwed up my redelivery date. And close up shop an hour before their listed hours.

Black guy and asian lady very rude to me. Black guy employee did not help AT ALL. He was clueless in his response and simply read what the note on the returned letter had. Highly upset with their service.

Horrible service, have been getting the run around for the past week for a package about a missing package. They claim they dropped it off in my mailbox. The package is 10 ft long....
