***UPDATE: This continues to happen. 6 times its happened so far. Every single time we have a package come USPS they do this.*** THREE TIMES I have had them falsely label my package as 'unable to deliver' because they supposedly didn't have access to my building....which can't be true because they deliver the daily mail to our PO boxes INSIDE THE BUILDING! And they labeled the package at 10:30am (give or take a couple of minutes) every. single. time. They don't deliver here until late afternoon-evening hours. I was home the entire time EVERY TIME because I always make sure I'll be home when I expect a package. Its becoming a habit for them, and so far, since I moved here (I've only been in the area for 4 months just to put it in perspective), its happened with every package that goes through them. The only ones that deliver on time are UPS and FEDEX and if they can deliver to my door, the USPS hub can deliver at the very least, to my P.O. BOX. Though my apartment number is right on the shipping label, they could easily deliver it to my door if they weren't absolutely the laziest delivery drivers I've ever dealt with. I have NEVER had this many problems with a local hub in my life. They also put my boyfriends collectors edition comic novella or graphic novel, one of the nice ones done completely in color (its pretty thick) in the P.O. box by folding it literally in half, damaging the packaging as well as the book inside. WORST POSTAL HUB EMPLOYEES EVER!! Wish I could give 0 stars.

I came in to see four available windows and only two people working who honestly take their sweet time getting to customers and then disappear for 20 minutes on end only to come back up, say they need more time to "locate the parcel" and the disappear again for another 20 minutes. Our taxpayer dollars go to waste at this location. Poor customer service and way too long of a wait time. People don't have all day to wait for incompetent employees!

I don't understand I wanted my package Redelivered but that never happened.... it's frustrating... I went in person to have it delivered with the slip in hand because I missed the postman by an hour ... but once I get to the post office he hasn't made it made with unreceived packages... I called and everything what's the point smh ...

Always good service. The postal clerks are super friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful postal facility. I'm glad they are so close to where I live.

Been fast and courteous every time! Both phone and in person, they go out of their way to help.
