This is my local office and I have never met associates more rude. One one instance a package was marked delivered but I had not received it. They were not willing to help me recover it and told me that they had not even received it in transit yet. On another instance I was leaving town and asked to pick up a package that had arrive and been scanned at the location, she accused me of 'calling alot' because I knew the protocol, (which was on the receiver).

I'm continually baffled by how hard it seems to be for them to do the one thing they do, correctly.

Consistently wrong on tracking updates, which I know isn't their system, but the kicker is our person whom has been complained about probably at lesat 15 times can't figure out how to put mail in the right person's mailbox.

It's not rocket science, this is why USPS is dying a slow death.
