Was at the hospital for a medical procedure. I went into the coffee shop in the main lobby to get a cup of coffee on Nov 16 at 430pm. There was one employee and the worker in the shop having a conversation. I walked in to order. I was never acknowledge once.  At that moment 2 other employees walked in.  Picked up sodas and stood in line behind me and the cafe worker waited on the 2 employees and totally ignored me once again. Sorry to say I will never return to your coffee shop.

I hear great things about their ER, however the main hospital floors are not. They take a considerable amount of time to answer your call light. Then after they finally answer your call you ask for a nurse to come and 3 hrs goes by and still nothing. Only way to get attention is if a family member is with you. You could be having chest pain but they wouldn't know for hrs.

I told the woman at the front counter of my special needs due to PTSD, and I was made a joke to the ER staff. It was a humiliating experience and the ER Dr prescribed meds that I had allergic reactions to, and meds that should have not been prescribed to a person who was on the meds I take for PTSD. (That is as per my doctor who prescribes my daily medications.) I will not go back there again.

My son is in the hospital now and today his nurse was talking to him and he said he did not want to talk and she said to him I know your life sucks. That is totally unprofessional. I left with out approaching her but I will be filing a complaint.

The emergency department is full of heroes. The whole hospital administration revolves around what is best for the patient. This says a lot and it makes it a great place for those who work there.
