Purchasing an automobile through Universal Motors was breath of fresh air after constantly going through car lot to car lot and only finding poorly maintained vehicles or in poor condition at prices that didn't make sense with inconvenient financing options. The work that the people at this establishment do is wonderful. They make sure your vehicle is in great working order when you drive out of their lot and at very reasonable prices as well. I recommend Universal Motors for all your used car needs  and will plan on coming again when me and my SO needs a new van/SUV.

Doesn't care about the customer only cares about the money. Try to sale you stuff you don't need them get mad when you don't get it.

Told me to call back today to get my car towed. Called back today at 10am. They told me to call back again. Called back and now they tell me they cant get to it. Don't waste your time
