Whimsical, clean, and well laid out. We had a lot of fun here. The rides are well maintained and the operations of the park are smooth. We were so impressed with the staff who were all so lovely - they'd wish us a good day and ask us where we're from, and on many occasions they'd thoroughly describe each ride and give us recommendations if something sounded too rough or scary. My favourite part of the day was standing in line at Hogwarts, looking at all the cool artifacts and trinkets. Food was fine but not amazing, and a bottle of water cost us $4.50! Still, we had a brilliant time here and I'd certainly go back.

Fun for the whole family! A magical place where dreams come true. We go at least every 2-3 years as there is always something new And exciting to see when we come. All of the staff are extremely helpful and polite. The park is always clean and well kept. I highly recommend visiting if at all possible "off season" as the crowds are much more subdued. We went at Christmas this last year and the parks were at capacity almost everyday. Even so a great time spent with family!

What a great place! We opened and closed the park! The price for the 2 park visit was well worth the money! The longest wait we had was 30 minutes! So guest oriented and super staff! I recommend downloading the app and using it to call customer service, super duper helpful! The Harry Potter area is over the top! After living the books with my children it was so overwhelming to see it come alive. It's amazing! We'll be back!

The Sapphire was a fantastic and relaxed stay during the holiday season. The staff was down to earth, and professional across the board. Whether it was the concierge, bell hop, or the staff in the cafe, I was met with courteous smiles, and great attitudes. The boat ride over to Universal Walk was a nice introduction to the park. Not too long, not to short, the pilots were gracious and provided us with a safe journey to and from. Only thing that was slightly off-putting was when the park closes, the rush of crowds can be overwhelming. Yet, there are plenty of restaurants and bars to visit in the meantime. All in all, I was there only two nights, yet Sapphire offered an affordable, but top-shelf experience. From pool-side, where I was impressed with the vigilant service of the life guards on duty, to the quiet ambiance of the bar where the bar tenders offered pleasant conversation and choice mix drinks, I look forward to another visit. I'm curious to know if the other resorts are as well staffed!

Universal Studios is the best. Harry Potter's world is absolutely magical. It transports you into the scenes in the story to make you feel you are actually there. The little shops serve food and drinks of that era. The most astonishing thing is the fire breathing dragon which breathes fire into the crowd every 30 minutes. Even if your standing there with a 2 year old grandson for 1 /2 hours waiting for your son in law and 5 adolescent grandchildren to complete the ride, each time the dragon breathes fire you are startled and move just a little bit further away. It was all worth it. So much that i am planning on doing it all over again in April. It was a memorable experience for us all. The Jurassic Park exhibits are great too.
