Horrible company that will cheat you out of money as much as possible. Our son had to rent with them for 3 months and they tried to put him in an apartment that was extremely dirty, smelled liked Cat piss and smoke with trash all over the inside. We had to fight to get him moved into another apartment that was clean however they did not send us a copy of the new lease which was $100 more expensive so we paid the amount from the original lease and then they sent our son an Eviction notice because the full amount was not paid! Ridiculous! They kept charging us a $50 late fee every 5 days. Reluctantly I wanted to just pay what they wanted but when I tried to pay the amount due they charged another $50 late fee. They are nothing but crooks! A 2 bedroom apartment in Exton , Pa runs about 1500 at the most and they were charging 4 separate students $678 a piece for the same 2 bedroom apartment. That is total of $2712 per month for a 2 bedroom apartment in Exton, Pa. Like I said they are nothing but crooks! Stay clear of collegiate housing for UTI or any other school they are involved in!

My experience at UTI was subpar to say the least. Overall the instructors at UTI in my experience were not all that helpful; it is easy to read from a slide show than it is to explain how fully and properly the functionality of what you are working on. It is extremely difficult for those with learning disabilities. I found it extremely absurd to be paying over $30,000+ for specific schooling and training to learn how vehicles works but then do not get "hands on training" like they advertise in all their commercials as well as their representatives. I personally feel as though this school took my money and education as a joke.

my son graduated from that school, they promised him a job placement after graduation..nothing happened, he is still paying student loans...the teachers are a joke.. you will learn nothing out of that school..do your kid a favor keep him/her away from that joint.

I have to say don't hold your breath, good courses and even better staff. But if you don't live in a city or high volume area , and or have tons of money and are one of those stuck up kids that know everything , don't hold your breath. Wasted money for sure.
