Westtown School is a Quaker pre-K-12 day and boarding school that offers an action-based education that emphasizes critical thinking, collaboration, service, and social action.

Mission

Took my 9yr old son to a game to meet some of there basketball balls n get some autographs from them n got kicked out. Was told they had to protect the kids. We drove an hour to get there so we went in to watch the game n they had security stand next to use like we were criminals. After the game we waited outside in the cold to meet the kids. Once again, got kicked out.. so a month later we go to see the kids at another school. Drive another hour n a half to see them. As the players walk out, they tell me n my son the guy in the van said they weren't aloud to sign a photo for use. It's said they teach there athletes to treat fans like this. Fans are who buys there jerseys, go to games n support there team. Very very sad

Westtown will definitely raise brilliant students who will go off to Tufts!

My daughter graduated from Westtown. She had a Learning Disability and was struggling mightily in public school. This school basically changed her life - she now has a Masters Degree in Social Work and is highly successful in her field. If you think this school is for rich kids only, you have not done your research. Westtown has a diverse student population - students come from all over the world and from various economic backgrounds. I am a retired public school teacher and I know what makes for a quality education - Westtown does it extremely well. My daughter begged us to let her attend this school after visiting it ... she has never regretted her decision for one moment. Westtown is one of the best schools (public and private) in the world.
