Usually short to no wait. Personal & professional. Competent and compassionate.

I used the University Health Center for the reason of getting prescriptions filled.  Every time they would take multiple weeks to get the prescription and there was so much miscommunication between the doctors and pharmacy that it was impossible to ever get my prescriptions refilled on time, if ever.  I finally had to stop using the Health Center, because the inconsistency of prescription pick-up was getting bad for my health.
In addition, the doctors were making me schedule way more frequent visits for check-ups, that lasted 5 minutes but costed hundreds of dollars.  All -in-all, a horrible experience and not helpful, at all.

Care provided was accurate but the empathy of the staff was extremely lacking. Overall, dissapointed.

Was hospitalized for deep vain thrombosis and pulmonary embolisms. Within 24 hours the swelling on my left leg was reduced by 50%. Many tests were performed by professionals who were on time, efficient, and caring!
