Visited during the immediate care hours. Dr. Moes had excellent bedside manner and was very effcient. Got in and out in a timely manner and the after hours were so convienent when my primary care office had no available appointments for the next two days. Highly recommend!

I had nothing ,but the best care at this clinic when Julie was there. But I have nothing good to say about my experience with Dr. Moes. He treated me in a very prejudice way from start to finish. He made some derogatory remarks about me smelling like marihuana and suspecting I do drugs. His comments were out of line and unnecessary. It felt very mean spirited from his part, it was almost like he wanted to put me down. If you're a minority don't see this doctor. He didn't treat me with respect, dignity, or compassion.

Dishonest in their billing. Took my daughter in for a general checkup covered by our insurance. Routine exam. As we were getting ready to leave, the PA offhandedly asked if we had any last questions. My daughter said her throat was sometimes scratchy. PA suggested we might try at OTC allergy medicine. That's it. She then used that 20 second conversation to classify our visit as a diagnosis instead of a checkup, and charged us nearly $300. I fought it and they dropped the charges. About a year later we went in for a minor stomach issue. They subsequently ran up nearly $2200 in tests without consulting or informing us about any of it. Avoid this place. If you must go, hang on to your wallet and be sure to ask them about every billing classification and every test. They will rob you blind if they get the chance. Very dishonest.

I came here for after hours urgent care and the recepitionist and the PA were the only two things about the visit that were great. The nurse who did my vitals and everything seemed very disinterested in me and was very rude to me as well. I'm extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by her. I really hope they give their employees a lesson in demonstrating compassion.

I am extremely disappointed in this clinic. I usually go to a different Nebraska Medicine clinic, where I have had nothing but the best care, however in a time crunch and lack of availability at my usual office, I opted to check out the Eagle Run clinic. Big Mistake. The front desk receptionist was the ONLY nice thing about the place. I tried to have simple talk with the tech who was getting my vitals, and she had 0 interest in communicating with me. Once we got into the exam room, she asked me several mandatory screen-er questions, all while she was rolling her eyes, and acting like she hated every second of her job. Now it was the Physicians turn to come in, and the first thing he said when he walked in the door, was "what can I do for you today?" Really? I felt like I was talking to a bank teller, not a Doctor. I explained my symptoms, and basically diagnosed myself, he simply agreed, and wrote me a prescription, and sent me on my way. Didn't shake my hand, or give me eye contact or act like he gave a hoot. I was just filling his pocket, or paying for a part of his vacation. So disappointing. I will never go back and never recommend this place.
