It was a let down. There is no public parking available and the museum doesn’t have very many exhibits. Worse there was a student/narc wannabe with a “parking- ticket-omatic” ready to strike any museum seekers. Most uncool and the whole experience dishonored me!

Cool little museum in the heart of the CU Boulder campus. Mostly has exhibits about the history of Boulder and the surrounding area. When I went they were having a Native American live exhibit that you could participate in. They had cutouts of various different animals and you could throw spears at them as if you were a Native American hunter gathering food for his tribe. Nice place to visit while in the Boulder area.

It's a great, pay what you want, museum to take your kids to. Their selection of dinosaur skeletons is impressive for the small size of the museum. They also have a rotation exhibit that tend to be interactive. Definitely worth a visit.

Not a ton of exhibits, but a nice, quiet area with an interesting dinosaur bit.
