I spent at least 2 hours there for a drug screen and physical. The receptionist and doctor were very polite and friendly. My nurse was not. She seemed rude and even rolled her eyes when I didn’t know the name of a vaccine. Then I spent more time waiting around for a nurse while they were all gossiping, standing around, and on Snapchat. They need to give people notice on the wait times. I was lucky I didn’t have work that day..

Dr Fletcher and his staff were wonderful from day 1. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Dr Fletcher went above and beyond with his care for me and spent much more time then any other doctor I have seen. I felt like I could call on his staff at any time I needed. I found the wait time for my appointments not long at all.

Dr. Fletcher and his staff are outstanding! From the moment you are examined, you are treated with dignity, and everyone is very supportive and helpful in trying to make an unpleasant time in your life less stressful. Dr. Fletcher takes time to understand what's going on with your injury, and is thorough in his examinations. You don't feel like just a number or dollar sign. You feel like a very important person whose problems matter to them. I recommend this facility to anyone who is tired of sub-par patient care with other Occ/Med facilities in this area. The differences are night and day.

If you come here be prepared to spend at least 1 1/2 hours, even with an appointment. They are very inconsiderate of people's time. I had a 7am appointment and was the only patient and I still had to wait 45 min in the exam room to be seen. Thanks to them I was late for work
