I have had multiple MRI procedures and this is the only place I ever had a problem with. 

First off, my insurance fee was doubled because it's considered a hospital. Secondly, They overcharge. I had payed all fees to UK after a few months from my visit. A month or two later, I received a bill from Radiology Phys of Lex from a doctor who never saw me and was not in the office during my visit. I know because there were only 3 people there, and they were all nurses. They got over $150 from my insurance company for sending my CD across campus to my Orthopedic Doctor. I told them I never saw the doctor and was not going to pay, so they turned it in to a collections agency. We're talking about $53 here, nothing big. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else.

Have had nothing bad terrible experiences with UK Healthcare. They have the most unhelpful staff ever employed.  It is next to impossible to get your records transfered.  I have been trying for over a month now and they are still giving me the run around.
