Very nice staff and Docs, but very hard to get the test results. All you got are answer machines nobody picked up the phone.

I was pleased with my visit to GSH ER last weekend. I didn't have a severe case, but was never made to feel like I was wasting their time. The staff listened and were very attentive. We did wait awhile but no where near as long as I have in other ER's with my husband and children. It is cramped and a bit dingy, but you could tell they are working on that and cared if you mentioned a dirty toilet.

I've been admitted here for ten days, and it's been a nightmare. The nurses on the most part have been great. The problem is the DR'S, my main medicine Dr. treats me like a low life drug addict and I get punished for other people's bad decisions. Then the Dr. lied to me repeatedly in front of the nurses, and after she left they came in and told me she's lying. I have a spinal fusion from scoliosis and the metal in my spine which goes from my neck to my butt is infected with staph infection and is in my blood also which makes it life threatening. I'm in chronic pain and they don't care, they treat you like a pain pill addict and let you suffer. What I'm trying to get across if your reading this is the DR'S treat you like your below them and treat you like your another file. Now your in a position to trust them in major spinal surgery which could kill me or paralyze me but they can't tell you the truth, SCARY! I hope this will help someone out there to make the right decision. One more thing, you can't even get to talk to the DR'S, Im scheduled for surgery on Wednesday but I can't get the surgeon to come and explain the surgery, they told me maybe he can see me on Monday which is only two days before surgery that I know nothing about. If your reading take my advice and review other options because trust me I am.

Horrible wait time, no one checked in on us and have been in this room for about 4 hours.if your needing something dont come here. It also smells like the planet Uranus and the equipment is outdated and horribly understaffed. Patients are out in hallway

The care my mother received before and after her hip replacement was absolutely great. The staff was very kind and attentive. It was a very positive experience. I would positively recommend this hospital.
