My low score is due to the way they handle reception, check in and follow up at this entire building.   I've been going there fairly regularly since this building opened.  There is no reception for each area.  You find the "floating" personnel with ipads to check in, then wait in the approximate area of your appointment.  Once in the patient room, they should be able to find you due to the e-tags each visitor wears, but this is not fool-proof, as we've been "lost" at least once by that system.  After your appt, if there is any follow-up to be done--instructions, more appointments, etc, you have to find personnel in "pods" (anonymous workstations that they all use) to help you. Generally, you end up spending way more time than with the old reception-style check in and follow up.  Most of it is spent searching for their floating personnel.

The clinics are hit or miss. I have received some of the best care of my life at the Endocrinology clinic. Dr. Lisa Chow is a phenomenal doctor. It's really a top notch clinic. I've used pain management and dermatology as well, and they are good; I've received the right diagnoses and been given lots of treatment options, with the doctors working with me to figure out the best for me. Care coordination between clinics is generally great, pharmacy, cafe, refreshment stations, and lab on-site make service convenient. 

Parking options are lacking. If you're low-income, expect to find limited free parking options. 

The Gastroenterology clinic provided some of the worst care I've ever received in my life, by multiple doctors. If you're a fat patient, I would skip this clinic unless you want to experience weight-biased medical care. They are partnered with the weight management clinic so they are primarily concerned with pushing ineffective or mutilating weight loss solutions instead of listening to your needs as a patient and what motivates you toward healthy changes. Their primary concern is not what you came in for, but that you're fat, and they'd like you not to be. No doctors could make me want to take care of myself less than the ones I've seen here.

Very friendly staff and people who took the time to answer every question I had about anything I needed. Glad I started to come for my neurology needs only problem I had is parking spots are hard as heck to find so either plan ahead for some time to find a spot otherwise there is no flaws at all

In every way, I had an excellent experience with my first and second visits. While I hope to visit less often (staying healthy as an average state of being), I would know one less concern, if/when I am ill enough to need help, is how I may be greeted and cared for at MHealth.
