Firstly I had a horrible experience at a different dental school before so I was weary. From the front desk check-in to the route canal I had done in a two step procedure I must say everything was top notch! I had no pain at ALL! Wall my concerns and questions were answered and I was treated very well. While this isn't free care it is income based. I found the prices to be pricey for my Medicare plan but compared to the treatment and professionalism I gladly paid. Will return for future treatments!

Ive always been scared of the dentist but my aunt told me to try here because she went and I must say amazing I came on a Monday and set my extractions for that Friday came here got signed in fast the two students I had were amazing took the two teeth out so fast didn't feel any pain and there were so nice thank you for making me feel comfortable it's not always easy when you have a bad experience at one dentist and have to go back because your in pain but I would recommend to anybody going to make them my dentist for sure thanks again

All of them are student they don't know how to work with children and when ur child cry they try to say "oh his cry so you have to do Full anesthesia by 45000$" if you not agree they going to let you speak with the manager and he going to say the same thing They try to steal money by stupid way Thanks you

Went here for a referral for wisdom tooth extraction. Had a little confusion getting the emergency appointment, but once I did everything was smooth. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and my student and her faculty advisor were as well. They gave me good advice as to the best course of action for getting them extracted and set me up with a consultation with their oral surgeon that day. Also I'm transgender, which the student noticed when the sex designation in my chart didn't match my appearance and she was super respectful of it and offered to make a note of it so the rest of the staff would know how to address me.

I have had the best care at UPenn Dental! I am very happy with the results. This past year I had two gum graft surgeries, an implant, root scaling, a new crown, cleaning and an extraction with bone grafting. Although I have had much dental work in my life, I am always filled with anxiety when going to the dentist but each time I go to UPenn Dental School, I relax once I sit in the chair since the student dentist and the resident periodontist assigned to me were EXCELLENT, CARING professionals. During each procedure, they made sure I was without pain. They are among the best in the world! The work performed is always checked by multiple faculty to make sure it is the best. I am very happy with UPenn Dental and will continue to be a patient and highly recommend the clinic to others!
