Love this dentist! I came as a new patient, and the office staff was prompt to get my dental insurance switched to their office. The doctors and all the hygienists were all fantastic. Five stars!

We've been with Dr.Parsangi since my son was about 3 years old, he's now 13 years old and with a total of 7 kids, she's taken care of all of their needs!!! She does an amazing job and is really good with children and knows how to make them feel at ease and not scared. Me and my husband are also patients at her office and has done a great job!!! If you are looking for a dentist for yourself or your kids I recommend her for the job!!!!

This is a first step before filing real claims against this office: My wife had a cavity and an abscess in a molar tooth whose root is already dead (already done with tooth crown 2 years ago). We went to this office and the dentist Negah Parsangi said that the tooth has a tooth cavity and it is infected. My wife got an antibiotic and the dentist proposed to clean the tooth, do a canal root and put another crown. To be brief here is the list of stupidities we saw in this unprofessional place: 1. A first rapid consultation fully paid by our insurance: - Wrong diagnosis: 3 other dentists confirmed that it is almost impossible to save this tooth as the infection reached a point of no return. - Negah Parsangi is unable to clearly explain the situation to the patient. - The dental secretary will show you rapidly the options in a hand-written pseudo quote. So you will never get a formal quote with the proposed services. - Misrepresentation of what is provided: she did not explain the services included in your insurance versus the ones that are not included. She will even try to make you buy the non-covered crown without notifying the one covered by the insurance. - She was also calling co-pays the extra fees (not included in the insurance) and then she changed her mind the next time we talked to her. - They also overcharge the insurance co-pay (for a crown +metal instead of 200 D they wanted to charge us 420 D, strongly condemned by our insurance) We were not aware about these things that may involve potential abuse and trusted that office for a second appointment. The secretary was pushing hard to get fully paid before the second appointment. So we paid around 800 D for canal root and crown+gold. My wife and I were not convinced so we called our insurance and discovered the real services included in our insurance. 2. A second consultation: - My wife decided to only do the canal root but the medical secretary said that it was not possible to only do that! - Having our money, she did not have the choice and met the dentist who told her that the crown on the bad teeth is connected to another crown and it is possible that this second crown may be affected in the procedure! (the other 3 dentists said that cutting the link between the two crown is pretty easy) - My wife was upset and stopped everything and wanted to be totally refunded as the dentist came up with something new! - The secretary refunded us the whole amount - 75 D saying it was the insurance fees and then changed her mind again saying it is the office policy for cancelled appointments, something we did not know or sign. Actually, they were not able to say it is 10% of the amount or a standard fee. - The secretary proudly stated that she is totally fine to charge patients cancellation fees without informing them in advance! Finally, we went to another office with professional dentists, got formal quotes with services full prices with copays, got a clear explanation of everything and chose the services we want... AVOID this place if you want your dentist to honor your insurance and not to overcharge you!
