For simple cleaning it works OK. My frustration comes with the new ownership. They kept the name but now don't have the same insurance. We were notified the day before our children's appointment that they changed insurance. We understood that Delta Dental would reimburse us. So we paid the cleaning fee out of pocket and upon reimbursement there is a $162 cost to us. I called to ask why and they said they charged us their normal rate, in other words too bad for us. Now with more than one day notice we can find another dentist.

We also tried Dr. Gerber based on a recommendation from friends, and our kids love him. They've gone to Dr. Gerber since 18 months old. They are very professional, have a nice facility, and get the kids interested in taking care of their teeth.
