They saw me one day, back on January 6th 2017. Didn't listen, to any of my complaints of my health issues and only gave me a flu shot. Not even knowing me. They said I was an every day drinker. They ruined my chances of getting SSDI, cuz they said I was an every day drinker. They never met me before. I don't even have the $$ to drink every day. I get under $200 for $60 on my phone, household items, hygiene products, laundry, transportation from my Trust. I would not refer them to any one. I go to a great Doctors office now, Valley Health Internal Medicine aka Primary Care Physicians 116 East North Street Ranson, WV

Awful experience. Highly recommend going somewhere else if you want great customer service, the ladies at the front desk and the ones answering the phone are very disrespectful. Felt as if I was not welcomed.

No organaztion, they will give you every excuse in the book after canceling on you. Even try saying you were a no show but yet somehow late to the same appointment which just isn't possible. The communication is horrible can't get an answer in over three months. If you value your life or want medical staff that cares avoid this place at all costs.
