Really bad, poor customer service

Llame a un agente y me hizo una cotización en que resultaba con un pago bastante bueno y menos de lo que ya pagaba. Le aclare que había tenido un accidente y aun así me confirmo que ese era el precio de la póliza. Decidí comprar basado en estos números y una semana mas tarde me llaman del seguro diciéndome que la póliza había subido en $100 por causa de una accidente previo. Nunca mas la agente me contesto el teléfono y al llamar Univista me dijeron que debo llamar a la agente que me vendió. En fin, cancele una póliza anterior para terminar pagando mas.
