The worse company. From the agent all the way to the corp Office they all lie. Agent sucks. Adjusters claim they work in groups but all give u different info. Confused your wording to make u at fault.. really the company should only be in it's own state.

If I could go lower than one star I would. After getting into an accident in November I was given the run around by my adjustor and his supervisor. I believe their intention was for me to give in and use my insurance to cover the damage even though the accident wasn't my fault. I was contacting both the adjustor and supervisor everyday for two weeks straight and neither one returned my calls. It wasn't until the beginning of January that somebody finally reached out to me, never apologizing for their delay. As if this experience wasn't bad enough they actually went ahead and made a reservation for my car to be repaired without ever informing me. This company lacks professionalism, customer service, and dependability.

Stay away from this company after they made the payment based on the quote they do significant increasing on the premium. After I fully paid what is on the renewal notice (on time ) they send me a request for additional 130 USD.  I was customer for 4 years never any accident.
