Tiene mal servicio al cliente nosotros tuvimos que irnos para otra compañia que nos tratara mejor uno paga por el servicio y lo tratan ala patada a uno no! Bye bye

Tienen un PESIMO nivel de servicio al cliente. Mi mama fue cliente por AÑOS de esta agencia.  Cuando tuvo su primer accidente, una señora Misleidys, de la agencia le  dijo que eso no era trabajo de ella, que ella no podia reportart nada.  Luego en vez de ayudar a mi mama a leer el reporte, discutio con otra agente y se cazo una pelea con ella. Fue muy amable con mi madre oero NO la ayudo a reportarlo.  Muy poco educada y profesional.  Solo la ayudo para venderle, y hasta ahi.  Ya estamos buscando otro agnte.  NO RECOMENDADOS!!

Tiene muy bien servicio, cambiaron los agentes y estan siempre dispuesto a ayudarte.
