Wanted fire grilled pizza without having to drive to the city. Food was ok, I prefer a different restaurant for this kind of pizza. Calamari, kids pizza and a margherita pizza. Something about the sauce that was different. Wasn’t bad, just not my preference. Would consider going to try a different pizza, crust had a good chew. Service was quick and good.

Oh how the mighty have grown mediocre. This once-lovely chain was most charming because the staff seemed dedicated to excellent service. True, the recipes are often tasty, but in the last year what was once an elegant experience has come to feel ordinary, unexceptional, and marked by upper management fatigue. The menu and specials change too frequently to establish any favorites. The happy hour selections are applied arbitrarily, and the staff seem more interested in keeping their bosses happy than in giving customers the quality of experience that one once found here. Case in point, sitting at the bar for this evening’s happy hour, I was asked before finishing my second glass of wine whether I wanted any dessert and, answering in the negative, was summarily presented with my check. I can’t say exactly how long it took the bartender to then run the card, but it felt like an awkward eternity. It was artless and crass. Again, this review regards the overall service ethos. The kitchens remain consistent and reliably delicious, but really, order takeout. Dining in could ruin your evening.

First pizza wasn't up to expectations but the manager stepped up and remade the pizza for us at no charge and even added some fried mozzarella at no charge. I appreciated that. The pizza is typically great here. Picture is of the remade pizza and it was delicious.

Great experience. Really good pizza, but a lot pricey. This is a great date night out, but not a weekly or bi-weekly date....

Pizza was tasty. My only complaint is that the crust was soft and not crisp on the bottom. The caramel apple tart desert  is large and very yummy.  Visited again today and Will provided exceptional service at the bar. The Ceasar   salad is delicious

We hosted a large group here and had amazing service. Our waitress, Avery, made sure everything was perfect for us. The managers were also super kind and helped make our evening so wonderful. We pre-ordered the food for our group instead of doing individual orders, and the Upper Crust team made sure we were well cared for!Recommended dishesMargarita Pizza, Tony's Italian Pizza, Kitchen Sink Pizza, Fried Mozzarella

Amazing pizza and appetizers, I go here for lunch a lot and get the personal lunch deal which doesn't break your wallet, and you can get whatever you'd like. The servers are sometimes a hit or miss on getting attention or wants met 100%, but I also understand how much stress goes into being a server at an upscale place. I don't think it's them rather than just work environment.

We had a fantastic visit here a few days ago when visiting family. The food was delicious...the sunshine tea, tomato soup, zucca chips and house salad. Our server, Meg?? was EXCELLENT and attentive.  We would definitely stop in again!Food: 5/5

My wife and I love Upper Crust, Edmond, Oklahoma and we have been  going there on date nights for years. This evening, we were glad to see that they brought back the Abe Froman, that was our go to favorite pie before they had taken it off their menu. When we received our pie this time, it did not taste anything like how it use to taste. We took a bite and we could not believe how salty it was! All we could taste is salt. I notied that there was large pieces of prosciutto whereas before the pieces were much smaller in the past. My wife and I were so disappointed and had informed our waiter who apoligized for the taste. The manager offered to make us another pie, I did not think that would solve the issue so we dsclined. My wife and I are not sure if we will be going back. We so disappointed of the quality coming from what should be an upper scale pizzeria.
