Dr. Rao is a good doctor, very knowledgeable and impressive. However, the insurance and billing staff consistently mix my balances with other patients, charge wrong insurance companies and make it a miserable fight to get it straightened out. Then when you try to speak with Phylis the office manager, you get hung up on! Great doctor, very bad office staff.
