Our dog had emergency, life saving surgery and spent three days in hospital. We were very happy with the quality of care she received and the incredible kindness we were shown at such an emotional time. The doctors and staff were immediately responsive when we called for updates and even allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted with her during recovery. We were given a best case and worst case estimate and the doctors were diligent about keeping costs down, but not to the detriment of our dog. I highly recommend and trust everyone here.

$$$$ Nice place nice staff. I found a vet closer to me that couldn’t perform the surgery needed. They sent me here. Unfortunately they had to amputate my puppy’s right hind leg. The national average for amputation is “$700-$1000” it was $5000 at upstate veterinary clinic. I expressed my concern. They said they were sorry and tried to validate their cost.

What a great staff and facility. They made us feel at home and made sure they provided the best care for our animal. If you're furry friends are in trouble, don't hesitate to bring them here for help. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

My pup cracked her nail and when I tried to trim it back, I cut too far like an idiot. (I was unaware of the structure of dog nails, the crack was deep). My pup is a great dog, just very defensive of injuries- staff was made aware and were wonderful for the duration of the visit. Bleeding controlled and sent on our way in no time. Their actions/care and advice were above and beyond what I am used to in the human and animal medical fields. Special thanks to Liz and (I failed to catch her name, but I believe it was said she was the) hospital manager!

Our first visit here with Rex was exceptional that gave us the confidence and trusting for the best care that can be offered for Rex. Also the layout/cleanliness of the facility was above our expectations. We would definitely travel the distance for the care and the professionalism they offer. Thank you Jesse
