It never ceases to amaze me of the quality of care and compassion that my four-legged friends and I receive at Wil-O-Paw. Whether it’s an occasion in which I need to let my companions go because they are too ill or too old to continue, or whether it’s a case in which they are there just for yearly vaccinations, I know they will always receive excellent care and kindness. And, this is why I continually recommend Wil-O-Paw to all pet parents I encounter.

Been taking my dog here since he was a puppy and was happy at first. They seem to care about the pets but sometimes seem to be a bit rude to us/my wife. Also, they get to busy and can't handle their own customers and turn them away even in an emergency case. I have a pug and they are known to have issues with their eyes and when we rushed him in because his eye looked really bad, they turned us away and said we could come back in a couple days. I called around and other vets were willing to get him in sooner and we weren't even patients with them. My dog has bad allergies and even though we keep telling them that he throws the pills back up, they continue to tell us to keep giving him the same thing. It's a waste of my money and not helping my pet if he can't keep the meds in his system. Their are other ways to administer allergy meds as I've asked around and did research. I'm glad other people seem to be happy with their services but I no longer am.

My family has taken our pets here for many years. They take good care of our furbabies, and have good prices.

Trusted, compassionate staff provide caring service to pets & pet-parents. Sarah, our groomer is the best!

Took my dog in after she was hit by a car. They were able to get her stabilized but at significant cost as expected. They made sure her medical records were sent to the emergency hospital in Kalamazoo and she is now healing. If not for the great staff at wil-o-paw and their actions I'm sure that my furbaby would have died from shock and bleeding. Thank you!
