The most friendly staff I have every encountered in a delivery store. WONDERFUL PEOPLE. They brought my package out to my car as I couldn’t go inside (my daughter was asleep in the car seat!). Now that’s service. Thank you guys ;)

Got a call from Dave for a package I dropped off earlier. He called to ensure I was properly covered for a high value item. He didn't make any additional $$ and it probably cost him 15 min of his own time. I absolutely will be coming back here! Thanks Dave.

Fantastic service, very friendly staff. I've been going to this location for over 20 years even though I moved, I prefer to drive farther to see them.

I have had the pleasure of working with David and his team twice now for colour + black and white printing ... and I wish I had more business to give them as they are fantastic!!  David is quick to respond to emails, calls me when he needs clarification and provides excellent customer service.  Great turnaround if you give sufficient notice and the quality and care are outstanding.  Why have the headache of going to Staples around the corner and doing self service, or waiting around to see "when" they can get around to your stuff,  versus emailing your files to UPS and having them contact you when your printing/copying is ready for pickup? I definitely recommend you give them a try!!
