I love this place.  Did one of those 7 for $7 and signed up for a membership after 4 floats.  So relaxing and I'm getting better at meditating as I continue doing it.  I go several times a week.  Friendly staff, clean rooms, everything provided except a comb.

First timer: This is a unique experience. I come from getting massages once a week. Walking into this business, the customers seem to really enjoy it! I gave it a try.
**2 star for very clean facility!!

Bad experience: being introduced to Briana, she began to walk me through the introduction process. As I had a few questions, she was rude, She answered my questions as if I should already know this information. Was not impressed with Customer service at all. Sucks because I genuinely was looking for great experience.

I give them only 3 stars because of the customer service. The float itself is very nice and very relaxing, the facility is very clean, and prices are high but if you get a package it is well worth it. Sadly the staff doesn't answer the phone (EVER) nor do they return messages (EVER). I got a call once asking why it has been so long since we have been in and he easy answer is, when I want to come in there is no one there to take the call. Very bad business in my opinion. I have even tried calling other locations to see if there was another number I could call for the Renton Landing but seems like it is not just an issue with the Renton location but at all 3 of their locations.

Unfortunately, I am one of the few people who apparently get really nauseated from a float experience. I only lasted about 15 minutes in the pod before I jumped out to get sick. The front desk was very understanding and did not charge me anything for the experience. I was told I was the first person who this has happened to at the facility, really bummed as I was excited to try.  Customer service was nice in person, but was really lacking over the phone when I called with questions.

A beautiful pause and reset in a busy world. One hour of floating is perfect for pre or post workout, a stressful time or just a celebration of yourself. All locations in the Seattle area are clean and staffed by chill people. Namaste 🙏
