Urban Furniture is truly the best in Dover! Going in my hopes weren’t high that I would find just what I would need for my home. I have beautiful king sleigh bed but the slats didn’t offer much support. The store I originally bought both my mattress and frame from never told me about the slats. I have a storage bed that doesn’t require a box spring but due to the spacing of my slats it made my bed sag. The store in which I paid over 2000 for a mattress and frame wouldn’t help nor honor the 10 year bed warranty. I found myself out a lot of money. I went into urban for a new mattress. Not only did I find a solution to my problem but I walked out with so much more. Tiffany told me about LT High Rise Fame that would fit perfect inside my big wood frame and would hold up to 2000lbs. My king mattress only cost me $519. Already I paid half of what my original purchases from the competitor. Finally with the money I saved I picked up a 49’ TV stand for my living room and a new dining room table. I’m so happy with my purchase and all the help I received. While checking out Sean another worker there told me about some great living room set I plan to come back for. Friendly staff and great customer service. I recommend Urban Furniture Outlet in Dover to anyone looking for amazing prices and great customer service!

I went into the New Dover store just this past Veterans Day and picked out many things that I really liked after spending some time making my selections. The staff was very pleasant and prompt with any questions that I had but when it came to the final purchase I was told “there are no discounts for veterans”.  I was so angry and disappointed at this company because I am a veteran and it was Veterans Day when I was shopping there. Dover Delaware is a very military friendly town  but urban furniture outlet is not.

My wife and I were looking for guest room furniture and felt quite dejected finding nothing to our liking within our budget.  On our way home, we decided to stop in at UFO and we were completely taken by surprise by their selection.  We found an amazing entire bedroom set for only $800.  It looks great in the room!

But that's not all.  Their customer service is top notch.  It was a pleasure purchasing there.  I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size headboard/rails and they swapped them out for me without issue.  I worked retail for many years so I appreciate great service when I see it.

If anyone out there is in need of furniture and Kent County isn't too far away, I would consider stopping here first.

Highly recommend!! Ask for Tiffany! Best sales person I have ever worked with! No pressure and very helpful and patient.  Ordered my furniture on a Sunday and it arrived the following Friday quick delivery when I was told it could be 2 to 4 weeks . I will be returning.  The only negative thing I can say is the delivery fees are high.
