I ordered a few items from here. I received some and not others. This company never return phone calls. I tried returning one of the deliver items and never got any acknowledgement from them on how to proceed. It's been two months now and I still don't have all my items.

I was looking for a backpack that would work for both school to carry my laptop and books and the field to carry any equipment during training. They have quite an expansive selection and I found what I was looking for very easily. I go to order it and notice the automatic $9.99 shipping charge which seamed pretty steep since I'm less than 150 miles away from their warehouse, but regardless I went ahead and ordered. I followed my order on their order tracker and noticed my card was charged a few days after the order and then it spent 2 weeks listed as "Pending". There is nowhere on their website that describes what each term means so I sent several messages, emails, and phone calls to try and figure out what was going on and I have never been able to contact them. After a little research I found the exact same bag on amazon for the same price but with FREE shipping that would arrive as early as 6 days from the time I ordered. I went to cancel my order on Urban Ops' website and such an option is nowhere to be found. I have sent more messages trying to cancel my order and I am still waiting.

TL;DR
Good selection, abysmal customer service/help, you can probably find it on amazon and get better shipping

Awful customer service. Now 2 months from purchase date and yet to receive a refund due to company no longer stocking the item I purchased. Do not purchase from this company as you will find their customer service is extremely poor. Zero stars.

I've made several purchases from this company. Great prices and selection, Excellent Customer Service. Will continue to buy from here and refer other people here.
