I have used Urban Pads for 3 summers in a row.  Shloime is a pleasure to work with.  The summer is such a stressful time to move, but he helped me get my paperwork in ASAP, so that I could smoothly go through the process. Love my 3-bedroom

Dealt with a great broker, saw a wonderful apartment and was told I could move in after my application was approved. When I go to the office to sign the lease paperwork, my dog's breed (very loving pitbull) becomes a problem. Before that moment, I was told it's a pet friendly building. Apparently, the landlord is discriminatory towards certain breeds of dogs so beware of any promises made before you sign your lease. Luckily I had some backup apartments that would allow my dog so I wasn't completely back to square one. However, still Very unfortunate...

Had a great experience in renting an apartment through Urban Pads. Daniel Shankmen was very forthcoming and professional in arranging multiple viewings and negotiating terms while staying within our budget.We finally got the appartment we were looking for. Highly recommend for reliable and prompt services.
