Hi! I rented my apt through Ryan and immediately recommended him to my friends moving to NY from MD because I had such an amazing experience. He takes pride in finding you the next right home. He drove me from apt to apt! Told me about the building, costs, neighborhoods and why he thought it was a great fit for me. He was right because I absolutely LOVE my apt!!! He never pushed me into something I wasn’t feeling. He’s cool, nice, down to earth and has much knowledge about NY. Moving to a new neighborhood can be difficult in NY so he gave me a list of bars, eateries, comedy cellars and more. He’s also always there for ANY questions you have no matter if you think they’re dumb. 100% recommending Ryan to you and anyone and everyone I know.

I worked with Jackie Friscia to completely secure my Fort Greene apartment within a week. Jackie and the nooklyn group were extremely professional, straight forward and easy to deal with. All fees and requirements were clear and transparent. Jackie was Fabulous! Definitely hit her up if you're looking at anything in the fort Greene/Clinton hill area. Jack

Had such an overall amazing experience working with James Rubio. Apartment hunting in Brooklyn can be really exausting, but James knows the area really well and made it painless and as anxiety free as possible, even working with me from long distance for a part of the process. 

I am so happy at my new place, it is a jewel. If you have been told that finding an apartment in NY is difficult, go to Nooklyn and ask for James.
