Urban Vapors

I bought a Phix and the cart leaked (Cart was faulty) into the battery 2 weeks in. I didn't have my receipt or box it came in, but I did have my credit card I paid with and bank statement. They would not take it back or replace. Really disappointed in the customer service. Just felt like my business wasn't important to them. If someone would have told me to save the box, I would have! We're in middle of construction on house and of course receipt is somewhere, but I did have proof of purchase thru my debit card. $70 down the drain. I will not shop there again.

My favorite local vape shop, best selection on liquids and hardware. They dont make and sell their own liquids here, so they're much less likely to steer their customers than other shops around town.
