Lack of communication. Lack of professionalism. Takes half a lifetime to get issues solved.

Worked with Jeremy. Great experience. He was always available when I needed and quite knowledgeable.  I definitely felt that at all times he had my best interests in mind. If I ever deal with real estate again in the future he will be my first call.
